摘要
鉴于山岭隧道的隐蔽性、模糊性等不确定性特征,针对山岭隧道的施工风险管理展开研究,基于层次分析法建立影响因素结构模型,并确定评价指标权重,与模糊综合评判法中的隶属度评价矩阵结合,建立复杂山岭隧道的风险评估模型。依托怀邵衡铁路苍稼岭隧道工程,应用构建的风险评估模型进行综合风险评价。结果表明:苍稼岭隧道的风险等级为较高风险,与工程实际情况相吻合,验证了风险评估模型的准确性。基于风险评估结果,提出了山岭隧道常见施工风险(塌方、涌水、瓦斯)灾害的应对措施。
In view of the uncertain characteristics such as the concealment and ambiguity of mountain tunnels,the construction risk management of mountain tunnels was studied.The structural model of influencing factors was established based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),which determined the evaluation index weights.The degree of membership in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE)and AHP was combined to establish a risk assessment model for complex mountain tunnels.Relying on the Cangjialing Tunnel Project of Huai-Shao-heng Railway,the established model was used for comprehensive risk assessment.The results show that the risk grade of Cangjialing tunnel is high,and the accuracy of the risk assessment model was verified by comparison with the actual situation of the project.Finally,the corresponding risk treatment measures are put forward for mountain tunnel collapse,water gushing,gas and other disasters based on the results of risk assessment.
