摘要
越来越多的研究表明环境污染物能通过影响鱼类体内组织、器官和细胞的正常功能,干扰激素和酶的合成、释放、转运、代谢、结合和作用等过程,从而引起鱼类糖代谢紊乱。本文综述了鱼类的葡萄糖感知和糖代谢途径关键因子,以及环境污染物影响鱼类糖代谢的相关作用机制,并对鱼类模式生物和新技术新方法进行了展望,以期为环境污染物影响鱼类糖代谢的研究提供思路。
In recent years,more and more studies have shown that environmental pollutants can interfere the processes of synthesis,releasing,transportation,metabolism,combination and action of hormones and enzymes by affecting the normal functions of fish tissues,organs and cells,thus causing glucose metabolism disorder.In this review,we introduce the key factors of glucose sensing and metabolism pathways among fish species,the related mechanisms of environmental pollutants that affect fish glucose metabolism,future prospects of model fish species and new techniques and methods,aiming to provide ideas to study the effects of environmental pollutants on glucose metabolism of fish species.
