摘要 随着技术水平的提高和对井工开采煤矿的自动化研究,自动化巡视设备的研究与应用已成为自动化开采技术的研究方向,针对胶带机运输系统的巡视、监测、报警、保护、停机等作用的需求日益增加,已成为胶带机集中控制和无人值守的发展趋势,文中根据煤矿胶带机运输现状和煤矿井下现有基础设施条件,提供一种可行的巡视设备的设计与研究方案。 With the development of science and technology and the improvement of coal mining automation level,the research and application of automatic inspection equipment has become the development direction of automatic mining technology.Through the research on the inspection,monitoring,alarm,protection and shutdown of the belt conveyor transportation system,the foundation is laid for the centralized control and unattended of the belt conveyor.According to the present situation of the belt conveyor transportation in coal mines and the existing infrastructure conditions of underground coal mines,a feasible design and research scheme of automatic inspection equipment for belt conveyor is proposed.
