摘要 [目的]探讨westgard西格玛规则在同型半胱氨酸(HCY)室内质量控制中的应用与评价。[方法]选取2018年1~6月(westgard西格玛规则使用前)和2018年7~12月(westgard西格玛规则使用后)HCY检测的质控值.分析两种质控方法的失控率、不精密度(CV)、偏倚(Bias)和σ值。[结果]westgard西格玛规则使用前HCY检测的总失控率为2.21%,使用后HCY检测总失控率为1.27%。westgard西格玛规则使用HCY室内质量评价的平均Bias和CV分别为2.50%和7.17%,使用后的平均Bias和CV分别为1.82%和5.66%。westgard西格玛规则使用前低、中、高不同浓度HCY室内质量评价的σ值为7.32.7.89和8.17.均大于6;使用后低、中、高不同浓度HCY室内质量评价的σ值为5.53.5.85和6.04.即westgard西格玛规则使用后的σ值低于使用前。[结论]westgard西格玛规则可用于HCY的室内质量检测和指导质量改进,具有临床应用价值。 [Objective]To explore the application and evaluation of Westgard sigma rule in the quality con-trol of homocysteine(HCY).[Methods]The quality control values of HCY detection from January 2018 to June 2018(before the use of the w estgard Sigma rule)and July 2018 to December 2018(after the use of the Westgard Sigma rule)were selected to analyze the out of-control rate,CV,Bias and theσvalues of the two quality control methods.[Results]The total out-of control rate of HCY detection was 2.21%before using Westgard Sigma rule and 1.27%after using HCY rule.The average Bias and CV of Westgard Sigma rule using HCY indoor quality asssment were 2.50%and 7.17%,respectively,and the average Bias and CV after using HCY were 1.82%and 5.66%,respectively.The o values of low,medium and high HCY indoor quality evalua-tion before using the Westgard Sigma rule were 7.32.7.89 and 8.17.which were all greater than 6.Theσval-ues of low,medium and high HCY indoor quality evaluation after using were 5.53.5.85 and 6.04.that is,theσvalues after using the Westgard Sigma rule were lower than before using.[Conclusion]Westgard Sigma rule can be used for HCY indoor quality testing and quality improverment,and has clinical application value.
