基于模糊综合评价法的煤矿废弃油井风险分类及灾害防治技术 被引量:3

摘要 为有效评估煤油资源重叠区废弃油井对井下煤矿工作面开采造成的影响,以双马煤矿为具体研究对象,在分析废弃油井对煤炭开采的潜在危险基础上,综合考虑了油井因素、煤油水地层位置关系以及油井伴生气体因素三个方面,构建了8个废弃油井风险等级评价指标。采用层次分析法确定了各评价指标的权重,并建立了煤矿废弃油井风险等级分类模糊综合评价模型。针对不同风险等级的废弃油井制定了相应的防治方法和安全技术措施,在双马煤矿井下安全揭露了马探31、马探20等8口废弃油井。实际工程应用表明,所建立的废弃油井危害分类评价方法正确,相应的灾害防治技术得当,取得了较好的效果,为后期双马煤矿井田范围其他废弃油井的风险评价及制定防治技术措施提供了工程技术依据。 In order to effectively evaluate the impacts of abandoned oil wells on the safety of underground coal mining in the overlapping area of coal and oil resources, Shuang-ma coal mine was taken as the specific research object. Firstly, the potential hazards of the abandoned oil wells were analyzed based on the actual situation of the coal mine. Then, 8 risk grade evaluation indexes of abandoned oil well were selected by comprehensive considering of the oil well structure, the position of coal bed, aquifer and hydrocarbon reservoir, and the associated gas. And the weight of each indexes was calculated by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP). The risk classification model of abandoned oil wells in coal mines was built based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The corresponding hazards prevention technologies were formulated according to the risk levels of abandoned oil wells. 8 abandoned oil wells were handled safely, such as Matan 31 and Matan 20. The actual engineering application show that the risk classification model is a correct and reasonable evaluation method for the abandoned oil wells. The corresponding prevention technologies have achieved good results. The treatment engineering experience provides the engineering technical basis for the risk level judgement and disaster prevention technology of the rest abandoned oil wells in the subsequent mining period.
