摘要
单相串联铁心电抗器在生产和使用中需要重点考虑其减振降噪的问题。目前对于电抗器减振方法主要为被动减振,为从根源减小电抗器振动噪声,通过在单相串联铁心电抗器垫块中加入导电环,利用其在变化的磁场中产生阻尼力来与电抗器铁心上的原有应力相互抵消的原理来减少电抗器的振动。首先,建立单相串联铁心电抗器磁-机械耦合数值模型,并基于有限元法对电抗器进行磁场和机械场的分析与计算。对比在垫块中加入导电环前后电抗器的振动变化情况,结果表明:加入导电环后电抗器的振动加速度降低了12.95%。最后,搭建电抗器的振动实验平台,通过对比实验数据验证了此方法的可行性,对将来设计低振动噪声的电抗器具有指导意义。
The vibration and noise reduction of single-phase series core reactors should be considered in production and use. At present, the method of vibration reduction for reactor is mostly passive. In order to reduce the vibration from the root, a conductive ring was added to the reactor pad, and the conductive ring generated damping force that cancelled out the stress on the reactor core. First, the electromagnetic-mechanical coupled model of the reactor was established. The magnetic and mechanical field of the reactor were calculated based on finite element method. The vibration characteristics of the reactor with and without conductive ring were compared. The results show that the vibration acceleration of the reactor is reduced by 12.95%. Finally, the experimental platform for the reactor was set up, and the method was verified. This study has guiding significance for the design of low vibration and noise reactor in the future.
