摘要
通过整理壮医经筋疗法治疗腰背筋肌膜炎的文献,对经筋疗法的源流、经筋疗法致病机理与治疗原则及目前运用经筋疗法治疗腰背肌筋膜炎临床效果三个方面进行总结,综合分析壮医经筋疗法在治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。本文基于文献的整理和客观分析,认为壮医经筋疗法治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的相关研究设计和临床评价方法规范化方面仍有待提高。
By sorting out the literature of Jingjin therapy in the treatment of lumbodorsal myofascitis,this paper discusses the origin,pathogenesis and treatment principle of Jingjin therapy,and the clinical effect of Jingjin therapy in the treatment of lumbodorsal myofascitis.Based on the literature review and objective analysis,the research design and clinical evaluation methods of Zhuang medicine Jingjin therapy for lumbodorsal myofascitis still need to be improved.
