摘要
目的:对荔枝黄酮类成分化学成分及药理作用进行综述。方法:通过检索国内外相关文献,对荔枝黄酮类的化学成分及药理作用进行归纳总结。结果:目前从荔枝中已分离鉴定了49个黄酮类化合物;这些化合物具有抗病毒、抗炎、抗肝纤维化、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、降血糖和抗菌等多种药理作用。结论:对荔枝黄酮进一步进行新药研发提供参考。
Objective The chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of litchi flavonoids were reviewed.Methods By searching the relevant literature at home and abroad,the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of litchi flavonoids were summarized.Results At present,49 flavonoids have been isolated and identified from litchi,which have many pharmacological effects,such as anti-virus,anti-inflammation,anti-liver fibrosis,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,hypoglycemic and antibacterial.Conclusion To provide reference for the further research and development of new drugs of litchi flavonoids.
