推进技术融合开拓经济发展新格局的举措探析

技术融合不仅引领颠覆性创新,重塑产业价值链与竞争优势,促进产业创新发展,还进一步牵引科技交叉融合式发展,创造经济发展新动能。但我国技术融合发展仍面临着高质量跨学科人才不足、多学科合作机制不完善、国家创新资助体系对技术融合重视不够等问题。因此,为推进技术融合新发展,开拓我国经济发展新格局,需大力培育创新主体的协同创新能力,优化政府科技计划的项目管理机制,构建多目标结合的融合性技术领域的财政资金投入组合,并打造以融合为核心特征的新型产业集群。

Technology integration not only leads disruptive innovation,reshapes industrial value chain and competitive advantage,and promotes industrial innovation and development,but also further drives interdisciplinary integration and development of science and technology,generating new momentum for economic development.However,there are still some problems in the development of technology integration in China,such as the shortage of high-quality interdisciplinary talents,the imperfection of multi-disciplinary cooperation mechanism,and the lack of attention paid to technology integration by the national innovation funding system.Therefore,in order to promote the new development of technology integration and open up a new pattern of China's economic development,it is necessary to vigorously cultivate the capacity for innovation through collaboration among the leading players of innovation,optimize the project management mechanism of science and technology projects sponsored by the government,build a multi-objective combination of financial investment in the field of integrated technology,and create a new industrial cluster with integration as its core feature.
