高校资产管理存在的问题与对策探析

Exploration of Problems and Countermeasures of College Asset Management

本文基于资产管理相关理论与工作实践经验,针对资产管理制度建设、资产验收处置程序、资产管理运行体系等方面存在的问题,提出加强组织领导、强化主体责任、规范日常管理、完善绩效考核考评、加强信息化建设与人才队伍建设等具体对策。

Based on the relevant theories and practical experience of asset management,this paper puts forward some concrete countermeasures on aimingat problems in the construction of asset management system,the procedure of asset acceptance aissposal,the system of asset management,etc.strengthening the main responsibility,standardizing daily managemen t improving,performance appraisal enhancing,information construction and talent team construction.
