摘要
自我国提出“一带一路”倡议以来,国家陆续出台了一系列政策文件,为高职教育国际化提供了明确的导向。本文通过文献研究梳理了高职教育国际化教育理念、教育机构、教育实施以及教育目标的衡量标准,应用层次分析方法构建了高职教育国际化标准层次结构模型,并计算了高职教育国际化标准的指标权重。最后,围绕指标体系的应用,提出了基于走出去理念打造“出海工程”、基于引进来理念打造“海归工程”、基于双边交流理念打造“走廊计划”的具有高职教育国际化特色的工作机制。
Since our country initiated the national strategy of"Belt and Road",a series of policy documents have been issued,which provide a clear direction for the internationalization of higher vocational education.Through literature research,this paper combs the measurement standard of higher vocational education's internationalization education idea,education organization,education implementation and education goal,and constructs the hierarchical structure model of Higher Vocational Education's internationalization standard with the analytic hierarchy process,the index weight of Internationalization Standard of higher vocational education is calculated.Finally,around the application of the index system,this paper puts forward a working mechanism with the characteristics of internationalization of higher vocational education,which is based on the idea of going out to sea,the idea of bringing in overseas returnees and the idea of bilateral exchange.
