新职教是通过构建政府、行业、学校、企业、产业园区"五位一体"的新型模式,实现产业链、专业链、创新链、人才链的有机衔接。新职教模式运行需要"政、行、校、企、园"多元联动,延伸高职教育前沿阵地,将学校建在产业园区内,优势专业群扎根到产业链上,组建各方协同办学的治理机构,形成人才培养的共育共管体制,优化教育资源布局,推进由企业或者行业"冠名"支持的特色职教项目,创建优势互补的多元协同创新平台,形成内生驱动的职教成果转化机制等。

The new vocational education is to realize the perfect connection of industrial chain,professional chain,innovation chain and talent chain by constructing the new"five-in-one system"of government,industry,school,enterprise and industrial zone.The operation of the new vocational education model requires the multi-linkage of"government,industry,school,enterprise and industrial zone",extending the frontier position of higher vocational education,building schools in industrial pzones,taking root in the industrial chain,setting up governing institutions where all parties cooperate in running schools,forming a co-management system for personnel training,optimizing the distribution of educational resources,promoting special vocational education projects supported by enterprises or industries with"title sponsorship",creating multiple collaborative innovation platforms with complementary advantages,and forming endogenous-driven transformation mechanisms of vocational education achievement.
