随着近几年我国社会与经济的快速发展,建筑工程行业成为经济发展的重要组成部分,但是在发展过程中却发现了这样的问题,那就是工程管理存在严重的滞后性。这就需要利用合理的方式开展建筑工程管理工作,因此,精细化管理模式应运而生。论文对精细化管理模式在建筑工程管理中的应用进行分析。

With the rapid development of China's society and economy in recent years,the construction engineering industry has become an important part of economic development.However,in the process of its development has found such a problem,that is,there is a serious lag in the project management.This requires the use of a reasonable way to carry out construction project engineering management work,therefore,the fine management mode arises at the right moment.This paper analyzes the application of fine management mode in construction engineering management.
