石油化工行业职业卫生防护与管理措施探析

石油化工行业虽然在推动我国经济增长、助力我国社会发展的方方面面中均起到了重要的作用,但是该行业由于其自身的特性,容易对员工造成极大的伤害,也就是常说的职业病危害、职业卫生等。近年来,我国私家车数量上升,各行业企业迅速发展,对于石油化工产品的需求量越来越大,使石油化工行业的员工数量不断增长,员工工作强度增大,进一步扩大了该行业对于员工身体健康的影响。论文重点放于对该行业职业卫生防护与管理方面,分析具体措施,希望能够较好地保障我国石油化工行业员工的身体健康。

Although the petrochemical industry has played an important role in promoting China's economic growth and social development in all aspects,due to its own characteristics,it is easy to cause great harm to employees,which is often referred to as occupational disease hazards and occupational health.In recent years,the number of private cars in China has been on the rise.With the rapid development of enterprises in various industries,the demand for petrochemical products is increasing.As a result,the number of employees in the petrochemical industry keeps increasing and the working intensity of employees increases,which further expands the influence of the industry on the health of employees.This paper focuses on the occupational health protection and management of the industry,and analyzes the specific measures,hoping to better protect the health of employees in China's petrochemical industry.
