论文重点对QHSE体系概念、含义作出了分析,对石化企业内QHSE风险管控能力提升的路径作出了深度分析研究。使用QHSE的风险管控,要建立健全企业组织,建立安全风险防控体系,同时针对企业内部固定场所、流动场所作好风险的识别分析,并制定相应的风险防范策略。

This paper focuses on the analysis of the concept and meaning of QHSE system,and makes in-depth analysis and research on the paths to improve the QHSE risk control ability in petrochemical enterprises.In order to use QHSE risk control,we should establish and improve the enterprise organization,establish security risk prevention and control system.At the same time,risk identification and analysis are made for the internal fixed and mobile places of the enterprise,and corresponding risk prevention strategies are formulated.
