In the process of cable manufacturing enterprises participating in market bidding,the establishment and management of technical capability system requires the participation of various line departments such as enterprise procurement,production,technology,testing,quality and marketing,which is a comprehensive,long-term and systematic management and promotion work.Based on the application practice of technical bidding in the bidding and tendering process,this paper analyzes the establishment and management application of the technical capability system of cable manufacturing enterprises.
