摘要 论文针对汽车数量增速过快、交通事件频发导致交通设施拥有量与需求量之间的不平衡,从而造成交叉口交通拥堵难以疏解、交通延误情况严重的现状,基于交叉口自适应信号控制系统提出交通事件影响下的城市干路交通疏解方法,从信号配时视角规划交通疏解方案,以期达到自适应改变信号配时、提高道路通行能力的目的。 In view of the current situation that the number of vehicles is growing too fast and the frequent occurrence of traffic incidents lead to the imbalance between the ownership of traffic facilities and the demand,which makes the traffic congestion at the intersection difficult to be solved and the traffic delay is serious,the paper proposes a traffic organization method of urban arterial road under the influence of traffic incidents based on the adaptive signal control system for the intersection.From the perspective of signal timing,this paper plans the traffic organization scheme,so as to achieve the purposes of adaptively changing signal timing and improving road traffic capacity.
