摘要
随着全球经济一体化的快速发展,作为我国经济主体的国有企业加速融入世界经济大潮。在竞争日趋激烈的市场环境中,人才队伍优势对国有企业的稳健经营、持续发展至关重要。因此,建立和完善国有企业员工培训体系,营造良好的人才培养和人才成长环境,保持人才优势是当下国有企业应高度重视的关键任务。论文针对当前国有企业员工培训工作中存在的问题以及培训体系的完善策略进行分析,以供参考。
With the rapid development of global economic integration,state-owned enterprises,as the main body of China's economy,accelerate to integrate into the world economy.In the increasingly competitive market environment,the advantages of talents team is very important for the steady operation and sustainable development of state-owned enterprises.Therefore,establishing and improving the staff training system in state-owned enterprises,creating a good environment for talents training and growth,and maintaining advantages of talents are the key tasks that state-owned enterprises should attach great importance to.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current staff training work in state-owned enterprises and the improvement strategies of the training system,for reference.
