摘要
档案数据挖掘通过发现以往孤立档案中有价值的隐藏信息,可以为有关工作提供分析支持和决策辅助。文章分析了档案数据挖掘的应用类型与通用流程,以某高校教学档案、财会档案和行政档案的数据挖掘为例,辅助学校助学金评定中隐性贫困生、伪贫困生与评定等级错配的发现与偏差产生原因的分析。基于实例分析,提出了做好档案数据化建设规划、扩大档案数据的收集范围、提高档案数据的采集质量与积极探索档案数据应用的高校档案数据建设建议。
Archival data mining can provide analysis support and decision aid for related work by discovering valuable hidden information in isolated archives.This paper analyzes the application types and general process of archives data mining,and takes the data mining of teaching archives,accounting archives and administrative archives of a university as an example to assist the detection of hidden poor students,pseudo poor students and mismatching of assessment grade and the analysis of the causes of deviation.Based on the case analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the construction of archives data in Colleges and universities,such as doing a good job in the construction planning of archives data,expanding the collection scope of archives data,improving the collection quality of archives data,and actively exploring the application of archives data.
