摘要
目的优选六月雪-葎草药对的最佳提取工艺。方法以木犀草苷转移率及浸膏得率的综合评分为评价指标,以加水倍数(A)、提取时间(B)及提取次数(C)为考察因素,分别采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验法和响应面法优选提取工艺,并进行比较。结果正交试验法得到的最优提取工艺为加15倍水,提取3次,每次提取1.5 h,综合评分为91.36分;响应面法得到的最佳提取工艺为加18倍水,提取3次,每次提取0.8 h,综合评分为97.56分。结论相比正交试验法,响应面法优选的提取工艺更适用于优化六月雪-葎草药对的提取工艺。
Objective To optimize the optimal extraction process of Serissa Japonica-Humulus scandens.Methods The comprehensive score obtained by integrating the transfer rate of luteolin and the extract yield was taken as the evaluation index,and the water addition(A),extraction time(B)and extraction times(C)were taken as the evaluation factors,the extraction process of the Serissa iaponica-Humulus scandens was optimized by the methods of L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal test and response surface methodology.The two methods were compared.Results The optimal process obtained by orthogonal test was as follows:adding 15 times of water,extracting 3 times,extracting 1.5 h each time,and the comprehensive score was 91.36 points.The optimal process obtained by response surface methodology was as follows:adding 18 times of water,extracting 3 times,extracting 0.8 h each time,and the comprehensive score was 97.56 points.Conclusion Compared with the orthogonal test,the response surface methodology is more suitable for the optimization of the extraction process of Serissa Japonica-Humulus scandens.
