农厕改造对乡村振兴的影响及其机制研究

Influence of Rural Toilet Renovation on Rural Revitalization and Its Mechanism

本文采用2010~2017年全国省级面板数据基于农村贫困人口规模和农村贫困发生率两个维度,研究了农厕改造对乡村振兴的影响及其作用机制。研究发现农厕改造具有的健康效益、经济效益和社会效益能够显著降低农村贫困人口规模和贫困发生率,农村医疗卫生资源和精准扶贫政策均能够显著加强农厕改造对乡村振兴的影响。机制分析表明,农厕改造通过提高农村居民收入水平进而有利于促进乡村振兴,且农村居民收入水平在作用机制中起到完全中介的效果。因此,加大农厕改造力度、深入推进"厕所革命",加强对农村医疗卫生资源配置力度,促进生态扶贫与精准扶贫有机结合、优势互补,是加快实现乡村振兴的重要途径。

Based on the two level of rural poverty population scale and rural poverty occurrence rate of provincial panel data of the whole country from 2010 to 2017, the paper studied the influence and the effect system of rural toilet renovation on rural revitalization. The findings of the study is that rural toilet renovation has the healthy effect, economic effect and social effect which can remarkably lower the poverty population scale and poverty occurrence rate, rural medical resource and targeted poverty alleviation policy can remarkably enhance the influence.Mechanism analysis shows the renovation can improve the local people’s earning level and be helpful for promoting rural revitalization, and the earning level is the totally medium factor. To increase the toilet renovation, put forward the toilet revolution, enhance the allocation of medical and health resources in rural areas, accelerate ecological poverty alleviation and actively combined with targeted poverty alleviation,complement advantages with other will be the key method for rural revitalization.
