The Research of the Transformation and Upgrading of Industry Structure of Qinghai Province under the Background of One Belt and Road Initiative

"一带一路"倡议是我国深化对外开放、促进产业结构优化的重要措施。本文从"一带一路"的背景出发,通过对民族地区青海三次产业的偏离份额分析青海三次产业及其内部产业部门的发展现状,对"一带一路"背景下青海产业结构转型升级做出理论分析和实证分析,分别讨论了青海三大产业的发展趋势、各产业部门的优势及劣势,总结了"一带一路"倡议对青海三次产业结构转型升级的重大意义,以期在"一带一路"背景下,为促进青海省产业结构转型升级提供若干政策性建议。

The"One Belt, One Road" initiative is an important measure for China to deepen its opening up and promote the optimization of its industrial structure. From the background of One Belt and Road Initiative, the paper analyzes the current situation of the three industries as well as their industrial sectors from the perspective of the shift share analysis of the three industries. Then it makes theoretical analysis and empirical analysis of the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure of Qinghai Province under the background of One Belt and Road Initiative. Simultaneously, it respectively discusses the development trend of the three industries,advantages and disadvantages of each industrial sector. At last, it concludes the great significance of the One Belt and Road Initiative to the upgrading and transformation of Qinghai industrial structure. With a view to promoting the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure of Qinghai Province, it is expected to provide a number of policy recommendations in the context of the "Belt and Road" initiative and puts forward policy suggestion on industry restructure and transformation as well as upgrading in Qinghai Province.
