摘要
河北省高校高层次人才引进情况的调研表明,河北省高校高层次人才数量少,对高层次人才的吸引力不足.为此,河北省高校在引进高层次人才时应多措并举、多种方式引入人才;多元激励,吸引高层次人才;创新培育机制,科学培养高层次人才;创新科研载体,推动产学研集群式发展;营造良好的人才软环境,提高自身创新潜力.
This paper describes a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the introduction of high-level talents in Hebei colleges and universities. Results show that the number of introduced high-level talents in Hebei is small. Therefore, measures should be taken to attract high-level talents in varied ways including multiple incentives, scientific cultivation, innovation and promotion of the disciplinary clusters.
