摘要
当前业内多采用“地面拼装、整体提升”的方式进行网架建筑的施工,网架地面散拼焊接和高空补杆焊接的质量是网架结构施工的关键控制点。以成都天府国际机场国航基地工程101^(#)维修机库为例,从网架结构焊接方法、焊接工艺和质量控制要点等方面出发,分析总结了大跨度网架焊接的关键技术。
At present, the method of "ground assembly, integral lifting" is mostly adopted for the construction of space grid structure, and the quality of scattered welding on the ground and high-altitude additional rod welding is the key control point of space grid structure construction. Taking the 101# maintenance hangar of Air China base project of Chengdu Tianfu International Airport as an example, the key technology of large span space grid structure welding is analyzed and summarized from the aspects of welding method, welding process and quality control points of space grid structure.
