摘要
杭州萧山国际机场T4航站楼主楼屋盖采用钢结构封边桁架+网架的双曲面空间结构体系,钢结构安装工程量大、工期紧。在屋盖下部支撑柱稳定性分析的基础上,进行钢网架屋盖卸载施工技术的创新,并在保证施工安全、质量的前提下,通过科学、合理地调整施工工序,最终达到了加快整体工程施工进度的目的,从而实现了快速建造、完美履约。
The main roof of T4 terminal building of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport adopts hyperboloid space structure system of steel structure edge-hiding truss + grid, and the steel structure installation engineering quantity is large and the construction period is tight. On the basis of the stability analysis of the supporting column under the roof, the unloading construction technology of the steel grid roof is innovated and on the premise of ensuring the construction safety and quality, through scientific and reasonable adjustment of construction process, the purpose of accelerating the overall project construction progress is finally achieved to realize the rapid construction and perfect contract performance.
