悬挑小横杆非常规脚手架稳定性分析 被引量:2

摘要 通过在建筑物外立面内凹陷处使用小横杆悬挑来充当局部作业层,解决了不规则外立面建筑的施工难题。应用规范中的计算方法结合结构力学和材料力学理论计算悬挑小横杆的强度和挠度,扣件抗滑力以及内立杆稳定性等验算脚手架的稳定性。结果表明,搭设高度为23 m的双排扣件式钢管脚手架,悬挑长度为500 mm时,悬挑小横杆的强度和挠度,扣件抗滑力以及内立杆稳定性均满足规范要求,此方法为非常规脚手架的搭设设计提供了参考。 By the small cross bar overhanging in the inner depression of building facade as the local operation layer, the construction problem of irregular facade building is solved. The strength and deflection of cantilever cross bar are calculated by the calculation method in the code combined with the theory of structural mechanics and material mechanics, and the scaffold stability is calculated by the anti-sliding force of fasteners and the stability of inner vertical bars. The results indicate that, when the double row fastener type steel pipe scaffold with the height of 23 m is erected and the overhanging length is 500 mm, the strength and deflection of the overhanging small cross bar, the anti-sliding force of the fasteners and the stability of the inner vertical bars all meet the specification requirements. This method can provide a reference for the design of unconventional scaffold.
