摘要
设计了一种用于高大挑檐施工的C形水平滑移平台,该滑移平台由滑移轨道、平台、限位装置、步进电机组成。设计中针对不同工况条件下滑移平台抗倾覆理论计算、试验检测和有限元模拟,对滑移平台进行了安全性、可靠性分析,验证了该平台应用的可行性。C形水平滑移平台适用于各类外形规则、顶部结构平缓的屋面挑檐次要结构件安装及装饰装修施工,尤其适用于高度高、跨度大的挑檐施工。
A C-shaped horizontal sliding platform is designed for the construction of tall and large overhanging eaves, which is composed of sliding track, platform, caging device and stepping motor. The anti-overturning theoretical calculation, test detection and finite element simulation of the sliding platform under different working conditions are carried out, and the safety and reliability analysis are analyzed to verify the feasibility of the application of the platform. The C-shaped horizontal sliding platform is suitable for the installation and decoration of secondary structural components of roof overhanging eaves with regular shape and flat top structure, especially for the construction of overhanging eaves with high height and large span.
