摘要
针对南京南部新城医疗中心设备种类繁多、运维管理难度大等问题,设计了基于BIM的医疗建筑可视化智慧运维管理系统。系统主要从安防安保、设备管理、能耗管理、人员管理等方面优化了医疗中心运维管理模式,成功地将被动式的后勤保障服务转变为主动式服务,降低了医疗中心的运维管理成本,提高了医院的运维管理效率。
Aiming at the problems of various kinds of equipment and difficult operation and maintenance management in Nanjing Southern New Town Medical Center, a visual intelligent operation and maintenance management system for medical buildings based on BIM is designed. The system mainly optimizes the operation and maintenance management mode of the medical center from the aspects of security, equipment management, energy consumption management, personnel management, and so on. It successfully transforms the passive logistics service into active service, reduces the operation and maintenance management cost of the medical center, and improves the operation and maintenance management efficiency of the hospital.
