摘要
结合工程实例,对BIM技术在大型上盖地铁停车场项目中的应用进行了分析。从以“设计优化、方案细化”为主线、技术辐射项目各部门综合管理、打造信息化平台整合资源等多个角度,对BIM技术在总承包项目管理中的应用进行了探索,取得的经验可供类似项目参考。
Combined with an engineering example,the application of BIM technology in large metro parking lot roof cover project is analyzed.The application of BIM technology in general contracting project management is explored from the aspects of taking"design optimization,scheme refinement" as the main line,comprehensive management of all departments responsible for technical radiation project,integrating resources by building information platform,etc..The experience obtained can be used as reference for similar projects.
