预制-现浇叠合拱板满跨堆载试验研究

摘要 上海轨交15号线吴中路地铁车站首次采用了预制-现浇叠合拱板结构,是全国首个应用该结构的无柱大跨地铁车站。为研究叠合拱形顶板在满跨堆载下的结构性能,开展了足尺试验研究。试验表明:当前的结构满足设计要求,且存在较大安全储备;结构在荷载达到设计荷载的1.33倍、支座位移达到24 mm时,首次在跨中出现裂缝,裂缝发展贯穿于预制和现浇层,二者相互作用良好;相对堆载而言,结构对支座位移的响应更加强烈,因此支座侧向位移是控制拱结构安全的重要指标。 Precast-cast-in-situ composite arch plate structure was adopted for the first time in Wuzhong Road subway station of Shanghai Metro Line 15, which also for the first time in China was applied to the non-column large span subway station. A ful-scale test was carried out to study the structural performance of composite arch roof plates under full span heaped load. The test results show that the current structure meets the design requirements, and there is a large safety reserve;if the load reaches 1.33 times of the design load and the support displacement reaches 24 mm, the cracks appear in the middle of the span for the first time, the cracks develop through the precast and cast-in-place layers, and the interaction between them is good;compared with the heaped load, the response of the structure to the support displacement is stronger, so the lateral displacement of the support is an important index to control the safety of arch structure.
