A Calibration Method for Indentation Depth Testing Devices

摘要 针对压痕深度测试装置在校准过程中面临的问题,通过大量实验及数据研究,提出利用二等量块结合机械式比较仪及台架对其进行示值误差的校准,并对示值误差的测量不确定度进行评定,该方法完全满足校准要求。 Given the problems faced by the indentation depth testing device in the calibration process,through a large number of experiments and data research,we propose to use the grade 2 gauge block combined with mechanical comparator and bench to calibrate the indicated value error,and evaluate the measurement uncertainty of the indicated value error,and the method fully meets the calibration requirements.
