摘要 综采工作面过横贯一直是煤矿开采中未能很好解决的技术难题,为解决大宁煤矿二0二工作面巷间横贯导致的回采期间的顶板破碎、支架稳定性差的问题,提出了在综采工作面回采前进行锚索+木垛+超高水充填技术相结合的跨采横贯联合控制技术。结果表明,该技术方案使横贯围岩随充填体的压缩变形而处于三向受力状态,工作面跨采时接近于对实体煤的开采,最大程度控制了顶板下沉,缓解跨横贯回采时出现的大多数矿压显现,有力保障了工作面过横贯区域安全,不仅为类似工作面过横贯积累经验,而且取得了较高的经济效益,为矿井同类型情况下的工作面回采提供了有力的参考。 Cross mining of the comprehensive mining face has been a technical problem that has not been well solved.In order to solve the problems of broken roof and poor support stability during the recovery mining period caused by the cross mining between the roadways of the No.二0二working face in Daning Mine,a joint control technology of cross mining combined with anchor cable+wood pallet+ultra-high water filling technology was proposed before the recovery mining of the mining face.The results showed that the technical solution made the cross cutting surrounding rock in a three-way stress state with the compression and deformation of the filling body,and the workface cross-mining was close to the mining of solid coal,which controlled the sinking of the roof to the maximum extent and relieved most of the mining pressure appearance during recovery mining,and strongly guaranteed the safety of the working face,which not only accumulated experience for similar working face over the cross cutting,but also achieved high economic benefits,which provided a reference for the working face recovery.
