基于负压储水灌泵的水泵房自动化改造

摘要 针对葛泉矿东井中央泵房排水泵灌泵时出现的射流阀堵塞、底阀淤泥僵化、密封差等问题,提出了负压储水灌泵的改进方案。为了改善人工手动操作排水系统的落后技术,提高系统可靠性及工作效率,在负压储水灌泵的基础上对水泵房进行了自动化改造,为水泵房处理类似问题和水泵房自动化改造提供了借鉴经验。 The improvement plan of negative pressure water storage and irrigation pump was proposed for the problems such as clogging of jet valve,silt stiffening of bottom valve and poor sealing when filling the pump in the drainage pump room of the east shaft of Gequan Mine.In order to improve the backward of manually operated drainage system,with reliability and efficiency,the pump room was automated on the basis of negative pressure storage and irrigation pump,which provided a reference experience for the pump room to deal with similar problems and pump room automation transformation.
