摘要
针对靖煤集团下属王家山煤矿、大水头煤矿、魏家地煤矿、红会一矿等煤矿斜井人车升级需要,配合煤矿用卡轨乘人装置的卡轨通过性,对已有标准轨道进行连接方式的改造设计研究。通过对轨道受力计算分析,校核了连接强度并进行了轨道承载能力对比试验。结果表明,专用轨道连接方式承载能力优于常规连接方式,满足卡轨乘人装置及重载的运输要求,并针对现场情况,提供了一种基于标准轨卡轨改造的实施方法。
In order to meet the need of upgrading the slanting man-trains of coal mines such as Wangjiashan Mine,Dashuitou Mine,Weijiadi Mine and Honghui No.1 Mine of Jingyuan Coal Group,and to match with the track pass ability of the mine's snap rail rider device,the retrofitting design study of the existing standard rail connection method was conducted.Through the calculation and analysis of the track force,the connection strength was checked and the comparative test of the track bearing capacity was carried out.The results showed that the special rail connection method had better bearing capacity than the conventional connection method and met the transportation requirements of the chuck rail passenger device and heavy load,and provided an implementation method based on the standard rail chuck rail modification for the site.
