一种矿区运输扬尘环保型抑尘剂的制备与性能分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了有效降低矿区运输扬尘问题,基于化学自由基共聚理论制备了一种环保型抑尘剂,探讨了基体淀粉、单体丙烯酸、增稠剂海藻酸钠和润湿剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠之间的最优配比,研究了抑尘剂的润湿性、成膜硬度、微观结构和抑尘效果。结果表明,抑尘剂的润湿性明显好于水,有利于抑尘剂润湿并粘结煤尘,形成质地紧密的保护膜用来抵抗外界破坏,并且承压能力最大可达100 N;另外,抑尘剂能够承受8 m/s以内的风速,抑尘效果可达90%。最终得出该抑尘剂是用于防止矿区运输扬尘的理想抑尘材料。 In order to effectively reduce the problem of dust during transportation in mining areas,an environmentally friendly dust suppressant was prepared based on the theory of chemical free radical copolymerization.The optimal ratio of matrix starch,monomer acrylic acid,thickener sodium alginate and wetting agent sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate was discussed.The wettability,film hardness,microstructure and dust suppression effect of the dust suppressor were studied.The results show that the wettability of dust suppressant is better than that of water,which is conducive to wetting and bonding coal dust,forming a compact protective film to resist external damage,and the maximum pressure bearing capacity can reach 100 N;in addition,the dust suppressant can withstand the wind speed within 8 m/s,and the dust suppression effect can reach 90%.Finally,it is concluded that the dust suppressant is an ideal dust suppressant used to prevent the transportation of dust in the mining area.
