摘要
为了解决反渗透膜元件性能下降、保证膜系统稳定运行、降低膜污染发生的情况,根据反渗透技术在化工企业中的分离、提纯及回收再利用的过程中,通过对反渗透膜元件在化工水处理系统上长期的运行情况、膜拆检以及化学清洗等工作进行分析,总结出反渗透膜元件污染物的分布规律,介绍了反渗透膜元件污染物产生的原因,并归纳了常规膜元件污染物分析的方法,最后通过膜元件长期清洗的经验及清洗后的污染物进行分析,对膜系统清洗提出了有效的方案及建议。
In order to solve the performance degradation of reverse osmosis membrane elements,to ensure the stable operation of membrane systems,and to reduce the occurrence of membrane pollution the law of distribution of pollutants on reverse osmosis membrane elements was summarized,the reasons for the production of pollutants to reverse osmosis membrane elements were introduced,and the methods for analyzing routine pollutants to membrane elements were summarized through an analysis on long-term operation of reverse osmosis membrane elements in chemical water processing systems,membrane overhaul and chemical rinsing etc.During the separation,purification and recycling process with reverse osmosis technology in chemical enterprises.Effective solutions and suggestions were finally proposed regarding the rinsing of membrane systems based on the long-term experience in rinsing of membrane elements and an analysis on the pollutants rinsed.
