摘要
所谓"药材好,药才好"。干燥是中药材采收后产地加工过程不可或缺的关键操作单元之一,但由于中药材在干燥过程受温度影响,极易引起外观性状、有效成分及生物活性的转变,直接影响到中药材的药用价值与经济价值。因此,了解干燥过程中药材质量变化机制,全面分析中药材的物理性质和化学成分在干燥过程中的动态变化规律,对指导中药材干燥具有重要意义。以中药材干燥过程中理化性质的变化规律为分析视角,通过对相关文献进行分析,综述了干燥工艺对中药材理化性质改变的原因和作用机制。以期为中药材干燥工艺的选择提供参考依据,进而保障中药材品质。也为中药材干燥工艺和装备的进一步研究、设计和创新提供基础。
As the saying goes, "good medicinal herbs make good herbal medicines". Drying is one of the indispensable key operating units for the processing of origin after the harvest of Chinese herbal medicines. However, the appearance, active components and biological activities of Chinese medicinal materials are easy to change due to the temperature in the drying process, which directly affects the medicinal value and economic value of Chinese herbal medicines. Therefore, it is of great significance for guiding the drying of Chinese herbal medicines to understand the change mechanism of Chinese herbal medicines and comprehensively analyze the dynamic changes of physical properties and chemical components during the drying process. Based on the changes of physicochemical properties in the drying process of Chinese herbal medicines, the reasons and mechanism of the drying process on the changes of the physical and chemical properties of Chinese herbal medicines are summarized in this paper through analysis of relevant literatures. In order to provide reference for the selection of drying technology of Chinese herbal medicines, and then to ensure the quality of Chinese herbal medicines. It also provides the basis for the further research, design and innovation of drying technology and equipment of Chinese herbal medicines.
