微课指导下呼吸训练对肺癌根治术后肺功能的影响

Effects of breathing training under micro-course guidance on lung function after radical operation of lung cancer

目的分析微课指导下呼吸训练对肺癌根治术后肺功能的影响。方法选取本院2016年1月-2018年1月收治的120例肺癌患者,以随机数字表法分为A组60例、B组60例,A组实施常规呼吸训练,B组在A组基础上给予微课指导,对比两组生活质量评分及肺功能指标。结果B组术后第一秒最大呼出总量(FEV1)、用力深呼吸时肺活量(FVC)及FEV1/FVC分别为(2.08±0.29)L、(3.15±0.41)L、(69.78±12.55),高于A组的(1.74±1.14)L、(2.01±0.56)L、(64.44±12.02),(P<0.05);B组术后生活质量中社会领域、环境领域、生理症状、心理状态评分分别为(16.71±3.71)分、(17.99±3.36)分、(14.97±2.32)分、(16.44±3.85)分,高于A组的(13.58±3.45)分、(15.21±3.45)分、(13.12±2.64)分、(13.45±3.44)分,(P值均<0.05)。结论微课指导下呼吸训练可有效改善肺癌根治术后肺功能指标及提高生存质量。

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effects of breathing training under micro-course guidance on lung function after radical operation of lung cancer.MethodsA total of 120 patients with lung cancer who were admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into Group A(60 cases)and Group B(60 cases).Group A was given the routine breathing training,while Group B was given micro-course guidance on the basis of Group A.The quality of life scores and lung function indexes were investigated and compared between the two groups.ResultsThe forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),and FEV1/FVC in Group B were(2.08±0.29)L,(3.15±0.41)L,and(69.78±12.55)L respectively,which were higher than those in Group A[(1.74±1.14)L,(2.01±0.56)L,and(64.44±12.02)L respectively](P<0.05).In the postoperative quality of life,the scores of social field,environmental field,physiological symptoms,and mental status in Group B were(16.71±3.71)points,(17.99±3.36)points,(14.97±2.32),points,and(16.44±3.85)points respectively,which were higher than those in Group A[(13.58±3.45)points,(15.21±3.45)points,(13.12±2.64)points,and(13.45±3.44)respectively](P<0.05).Conclusion course guidance can effectively improve the lung function indexes and quality of life after the radical operation of lung cancer.
