心理韧性在癌症患者家庭韧性与主观幸福感之间的中介作用

Mediating effect of psychological resilience on family resilience and subjective well-being of cancer patients

目的调查癌症患者主观幸福感的现状,并探讨癌症患者的家庭韧性、心理韧性与主观幸福感之间的关系,以及探索心理韧性在家庭韧性和主观幸福感之间所起的作用。方法采用家庭韧性量表(FRAS),总体幸福感量表(GWB),心理韧性量表(RS-14)对安徽省某两所三甲医院的292名癌症患者进行调查研究。结果癌症患者的主观幸福感得分为(76.84±15.00)分,在性别、文化程度、医疗费用形式和工作情况上的差异有统计学意义(F/t=4.506,3.466,2.819,3.319,P值均<0.05)。癌症患者的家庭韧性与心理韧性呈正相关(r=0.401,P<0.01),家庭韧性与主观幸福感之间呈正相关(r=0.215,P<0.01),心理韧性与主观幸福感之间呈正相关(r=0.514,P<0.01)。癌症患者的家庭韧性可直接影响主观幸福感,也可通过心理韧性间接影响主观幸福感,心理韧性能完全中介家庭韧性和主观幸福感之间的关系,中介效应值为0.210。结论癌症患者的心理韧性在家庭韧性和主观幸福感之间起完全中介作用。

ObjectiveTo investigate the current situation of subjective well-being of cancer patients,and todiscuss the relationship between family resilience,psychological resilience and subjective well-being of cancer patients,aswell as explore the role of psychological resilience in family resilience and subjective well-being.MethodsFamily Resil-ience Assessment Scale(FRAS),General Well-being Scale(GWB),and Resilience Scale(RS-14)were used to investigate292 cancer patients in two top Grade Three level hospitals in Anhui Province.ResultsThe average subjective well-beingscore of cancer patients was(76.84±15.00).There were significant differences in the gender,education level,medicalexpenses and working conditions(F/t=4.506,3.466,2.819,3.319,all P<0.05).There was a positive correlation betweenfamily resilience and psychological resilience(r=0.401,P<0.01),there was a positive correlation between family resilienceand subjective well-being(r=0.215,P<0.01),and there was a positive correlation between psychological resilience andsubjective well-being(r=0.514,all P<0.01).The family resilience of cancer patients could directly affected and alsoindirectly affected the subjective well-being through the psychological resilience,and the psychological resilience played acompletely mediating role between family resilience and subjective well-being,and the mediating effect value was 0.210.ConclusionThe psychological resilience of cancer patients plays a completely mediating role between family resilience and subjective well-being.
