基于多源空间数据的“两区”划定应用研究——以句容市为例

摘要 "两区"划定是国家实施"藏粮于地、藏粮于技"战略,保障重要农产品有效自给的重大举措,为一项系统性工程,需充分收集自然资源与规划、农业、环保、交通等管理部门的多源空间数据。这些空间数据因业务口径不同,数据存储格式和表达方式多样,多时空性和尺度性,需经过数据格式转换融合与数据标准融合后,通过综合分析、判读,实现"两区"划定。本文以句容市"两区"划定为例,总结了"两区"划定的工作流程,研究和分析多源空间数据融合在实现"两区"划定业务流程中的应用,并对"两区"划定过程中的关键技术与存在的问题进行分析与总结,以期为"两区"划定及同类农业基础性工作提供参考。 The demarcation of the"Two Zones"is a major measure taken by the state to implement the strategy of"storing grain in the land and storing grain in the technology"to ensure the effective selfsufficiency of important agricultural products.It is a systematic project that requires the full collection of multi-source spatial data of natural resources and planning,agriculture,environmental protection,transportation and other administrative departments.These spatial data,due to different sources,have diverse data storage formats and expression modes,and are multi-spatiotemporal and scale-oriented.After data format conversion fusion and data standard fusion,"Two Zones"can be demarcated through comprehensive analysis and interpretation.Taking the"Two Zones"demarcation in Jurong County as an example,this paper summarizes the workflow of"Two Zones"demarcation,and analyzes the application of multi-source spatial data fusion in realizing business process of the"Two Zones"demarcation,the key technologies and existing problems in the process are analyzed and summarized,so as to provide reference for"Two Zones"demarcation and similar agricultural basic work.
