溶血现象对临床生化检验项目影响的分析观察

Analysis and Observation of the Influence of Hemolysis on Clinical Biochemical Test Items

目的探讨溶血现象对临床生化检验项目的影响。方法选择我院收治的20例进行临床生化检验的体检人员作为研究对象,纳入时间为2017年8月至2019年7月,对研究对象采集血液样本,10mL,将其分别装在两个试管中,分为两份,其中一份进行人工溶血处理作为观察组,另一份不做溶血处理作为对照组。对两组的血液样本进行相关的生化检验。结果通过对检查数据进行整理分析,其结果为在血清中的谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、乳酸脱氢酶、总胆固醇等指标上两组存在明显差别(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;在尿素氮、葡萄糖、肌酐、血尿酸等指标上两组没有明显差别(P>0.05),不具有统计学意义。结论溶血现象会给临床生化检验中的很多检查项目造成很大的影响,在进行生化检验时要注意对溶血的预防和处理。

Objective To study the effect of hemolysis on clinical biochemical test items.Methods Twenty people who were admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to July 2019 for clinical biochemical test were selected as the research objects.Blood samples were collected from the research objects,10mL of which were put into two test tubes respectively and divided into two parts.One of them was treated with artificial hemolysis as the observation group,and the other was not treated with hemolysis as the control group.The blood samples of the two groups were tested for biochemistry.Results The results showed that there were significant differences in glutamic oxaloacetylase(P<0.05),alkaline phosphatase,lactate dehydrogenase and total cholesterol between the two groups,but no significant differences in urea nitrogen,glucose,creatinine and uric acid between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Hemolysis will have a great impact on many items in clinical biochemical test.We should pay attention to the prevention and treatment of hemolysis in biochemical test.
