摘要
目的探究实时荧光定量PCR技术在细菌布鲁氏菌检验中的应用效果。方法选取我院2019年1月至2020年1月的200例携带细菌患者进行研究,通过采用实时荧光定量PCR技术,观察实时荧光定量PCR技术在布鲁氏菌检验中的特异性以及灵敏度,同时选用常规PCR检测技术对比PCR技术在各细菌诊断中的阳性率。结果在实时荧光定量PCR技术,显示检测带有布鲁氏菌患者86例,特异性100%,灵敏度为99.9%,均高于其他细菌检测;对比各项常规PCR技术的细菌检测,实时荧光定量PCR技术的阳性率为43.00%(86/200),高于常规PCR检测法的30.50%(61/200)。结论采用实时荧光定量PCR技术在细菌布鲁氏菌检验中进行检测,具有较高的检测特异性和灵敏度,同时较常规PCR检测技术对比,检测的阳性率更高。
Objective To explore the application effect of real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR in the detection of Brucella.Methods Through the study of 200 patients with bacteria in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020,the specificity and sensitivity of real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR in Brucella test were observed by using real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR technology,and the positive rate of PCR technology in bacterial diagnosis was compared by using conventional PCR technology.Results In real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR,86 patients with Brucella were detected,the specificity was 100%,the sensitivity was 99.9%,which was higher than other bacterial detection.Compared with the bacterial detection of conventional PCR,the positive rate of real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR was 43.00%(86/200),higher than 30.50%(61/200)of conventional PCR.Conclusion The detection of Brucella by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR has high specificity and sensitivity,and the positive rate is higher than that by conventional PCR.
