摘要 目的探究罗氏Cobase411电化学发光仪测定甲状腺功能注意事项。方法从我院选取2018年12月至2019年12月接受甲状腺功能检测的患者和院内职工健康体检人员共430例为本次实验调查研究对象,运用罗氏Cobase411电化学发光仪展开检测,探究罗氏Cobase411电化学发光仪使用过程中的注意事项。结果观察组检测显示多数为甲状腺功能亢进、甲状腺功能减低,部分为亚甲炎或桥本甲状腺炎。在实验过程中可察觉罗氏Cobase411电化学发光仪具有较高精密度、测定速度快、灵敏度良好。结论罗氏Cobase411电化学发光仪测定甲状腺功能效果确切明显,通过调节实验室温度、湿度、做好标本采集、分离、储存、试剂使用及仪器维护修养等,有助于实验顺利进行,提高试剂、仪器利用率,延长罗氏Cobase411电化学发光仪使用寿命。 Objective To explore the precautions in the determination of thyroid function by Roche cobase411 electrochemiluminescence instrument.Methods Three hundred patients who received thyroid function test from December 2018 to December 2019 in our hospital were selected as the research objects of this experiment.Roche Cobase411 electrochemiluminescence instrument was used to detect and explore the matters needing attention in the use of Roche Cobase411 electrochemiluminescence instrument.Results In the observation group,most of them were hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism,and some were subacute thyroiditis or Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.In the process of the experiment,we can see that Roche Cobase411 ECL has high precision,fast detection speed and good sensitivity.Conclusion the effect of Roche Cobase411 electrochemiluminescence instrument in the determination of thyroid function is accurate and obvious.By adjusting the temperature and humidity in the laboratory,doing a good job in sample collection,separation,storage,reagent use and instrument maintenance,it is helpful to carry out the experiment smoothly,improve the utilization rate of reagents and instruments,and prolong the service life of Roche Cobase411 ECL.
