早期无创通气对急性左心衰患者的疗效

Effect of Early Noninvasive Ventilation on Patients with Acute Left Heart Failure

目的分析研究早期无创通气治疗急性左心衰的疗效。方法选取本院2019年3月至2020年1月收治的30例急性左心衰患者开展本次试验研究,将所有患者随机均分为参照组15例和观察组15例。给予参照组常规治疗,在常规治疗的基础上给予观察组早期无创通气治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组的心率指标、呼吸频率指标和bnp指标均明显低于参照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组的PaO2指标、SaO2指标均基本一致(P>0.05),治疗后观察组PaO2指标和SaO2指标均明显高于参照组(P<0.05);比较两组安全性,观察组偏高(P<0.05);观察组的治疗有效率明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论给予急性左心衰患者早期无创通气治疗能够有效改善患者的各项生命体征,能够有效减少患者不良反应的发生,临床疗效显著,具有推广价值。

Objective To study the effect of early noninvasive ventilation on acute left heart failure.Methods 30 patients with acute left heart failure admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to January 2020 were selected to carry out this study.All patients were randomly divided into reference group(15 cases)and observation group(15 cases).Gave the reference group conventional treatment.On the basis of conventional treatment,gave the observation group early non-invasive ventilation treatment,compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results The heart rate index,respiratory frequency index and bnp index of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The PaO2 index and SaO2 index of the two groups before treatment were basically the same(P>0.05).After treatment,the PaO2 index and the SaO2 index of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Compared the safety of the two groups,the observation group was on the high side(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early noninvasive ventilation can effectively improve the vital signs of patients with acute left heart failure,effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and has a significant clinical effect.
