金凤丸联合生物电刺激用于中重度宫腔粘连术后治疗的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析金凤丸联合生物电刺激用于中重度宫腔粘连术后治疗的临床效果。方法病例选取起止时间为2018年1月至2019年12月,入组60例病例均为本院收治的行手术治疗的中重度宫腔粘连患者。随机抽签后,将患者分为两组,对比组(30例)术后采用激素治疗,研究组(30例)在对比组基础上联合生物电刺激联合金凤丸治疗。观察两组患者子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜血流参数,包括搏动指数(PI)和阻力指数(RI)、子宫内膜穿支血流数、月经等改善情况。结果治疗后,研究组子宫内膜厚度比治疗前明显增厚,子宫内膜穿支血流数比治疗前多,且上述各项指标优于对比组(P<0.05)。研究组PI和RI比治疗前均有明显的下降且低于对比组(P<0.05)。结论采用金凤丸联合生物电刺激用于中重度宫腔粘连术后治疗,可增加子宫内膜厚度,改善月经异常情况,改善内部血流循环。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Jinfeng pill combined with bioelectrical stimulation in the treatment of moderate and severe intrauterine adhesions.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,60 cases were selected as patients with moderate or severe intrauterine adhesions.After random drawing,the patients were divided into two groups.The control group(30 cases)was treated with hormone after operation,and the study group(30 cases)was treated with bioelectrical stimulation combined with Jinfeng Pill on the basis of the control group.The endometrial thickness,endometrial blood flow parameters,including pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI),the number of endometrial perforating blood flow and menstruation were observed.Results After treatment,the thickness of endometrium in the study group was significantly thicker than that before treatment,and the number of endometrial perforating blood flow was more than that before treatment,and the above indexes were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).PI and RI in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jinfeng pill combined with bioelectrical stimulation can increase the thickness of endometrium,improve the abnormal menstruation and improve the internal blood circulation.
