摘要
目的观察蒙医结合方法治疗急性脑梗死(蒙医萨病)的近期临床疗效。方法选取2010年9月至2011年12月收治的60例急性脑梗死患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组患者30例,比较两组治疗后效果。结果两组疗效与NIHSS评分对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论蒙西医结合治疗急性脑梗死效果确切可靠。
Objective To observe the short-term clinical efficacy of the combination of Mongolian and Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(Mongolian medical disease).Methods Sixty patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,and the effects of the two groups after treatment were compared.Results The difference between the curative effect of the two groups and NIHSS score was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Mongolian and Western medicine is effective in treating acute cerebral infarction.
