分娩舞蹈在正常初产妇第二产程分娩中对自我效能和分娩控制感的效果研究

Study on Self-efficacy and Delivery Control of Childbirth Dance in Normal Primipara during the Second Stage of Labor

目的分析探究为正常初产妇第二产程分娩中应用分娩舞蹈对自我效能和分娩控制感的效果和价值。方法选取我院2018年7月至2020年1月收治的130例初产妇作为本次观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各65例。对照组实施常规自由体位,观察组实施分娩舞蹈待产。观察两组干预效果。结果观察组分娩控制感评分、自我效能评分、阴道产率以及新生儿评分显著高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在正常初产妇第二产程分娩中运用分娩舞蹈助产较之常规自由体位待产效果更为明显,能够缓解产妇分娩中的疲倦感,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect and value of labor dance on self-efficacy and delivery control in the second stage of labor for normal primiparas.Methods One hundred and thirty cases of primipara in our hospital from July 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the observation objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,65 cases in each group.The control group was given routine free position,while the observation group was given birth dance.The intervention effect of the two groups was observed.Results The delivery control score,self-efficacy score,vaginal delivery rate and neonatal score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the second stage of labor of normal primiparous women,the use of labor dance to assist delivery is more effective than the conventional free position for labor.It can relieve the tiredness of maternal labor and is worthy of popularization and application.
