超声刀在腮腺浅叶功能性手术中的应用探微

The Application of Ultrasonic Scalpel in the Functional Operation of Parotid Gland

目的探究腮腺浅叶功能性手术中超声刀的应用效果。方法抽选48例2019年6月至2020年2月期间在本院进行手术治疗的腮腺浅叶肿瘤患者为研究对象,随机分为三个小组,每组个16例,分别使用传统刀片治疗、电刀治疗以及超声刀治疗,对比三组患者手术指标以及术后康复情况。结果超声刀组患者手术中出血量、手术时间以及手术后3天总引流量均少于电刀组及传统组,电刀组患者手术中出血量、手术时间以及手术后3天总引流量均少于传统组,超声刀组患者面部神经损伤以及术后涎腺漏发生率均少于电刀组及传统组,电刀组患者部神经损伤以及术后涎腺漏发生率均少于传统组,差异呈统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腮腺浅叶功能性手术中超声刀的应用能够有效提升治疗效果,促进患者治疗康复,且能够降低术后不良情况的发生,值得全方位推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of ultrasonic scalpel in the functional operation of parotid gland.Methods 48 patients with parotid gland tumor who were operated in our hospital from June 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into three groups,16 cases in each group.They were treated with traditional blade,electrosurgical knife and ultrasonic knife respectively.The operation indexes and postoperative rehabilitation of the three groups were compared.Results The bleeding volume,operation time and the total drainage volume of the patients in the ultrasonic scalpel group were less than those in the electric scalpel group and the traditional group.The bleeding volume,operation time and the total drainage volume of the patients in the electric scalpel group were less than those in the traditional group.The facial nerve injury and the incidence of postoperative salivary gland leakage in the ultrasonic scalpel group were less than those in the electric scalpel group and the traditional group The incidence of salivary gland leakage was lower than that of the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ultrasonic scalpel in parotid gland superficial lobe functional operation can effectively improve the treatment effect,promote the treatment and rehabilitation of patients,and reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse conditions,which is worthy of all-round promotion and application.
