妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌者联合应用妇阴康洗剂与妇炎消生物敷料栓对免疫功能的影响

Effect of Fuyinkang Lotion and Fuyanxiao Biological Dressing Suppository on Immune Function of Pregnant Women with Vulvovaginal Candida

目的分析妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌者联合应用妇阴康洗剂与妇炎消生物敷料栓对免疫功能的影响。方法纳入我院于2018年2月至2020年2月期间收治的94例妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者展开研究,参考患者入院时间的先后顺序以及47例单组区间条件将患者分划为对照组、研究组;对照组妇炎消生物敷料栓治疗,研究组妇阴康洗剂与妇炎消生物敷料栓治疗,比对治疗前后的阴道微生态情况、局部免疫功能。结果治疗前两组患者的阴道微生态情况基本一致(P>0.05),经治疗研究组患者在PH<4.5、菌群多样性Ⅱ-Ⅲ级方面的数据高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的局部免疫功能基本一致(P>0.05),经治疗研究组患者的IL-2、IL-10与IL-12浓度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者联合应用妇阴康洗剂与妇炎消生物敷料栓疗法,可有效改善患者的阴道微生态情况,强化局部免疫功能,对患者预后有较好的促进意义,值得临床普及应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of fuyinkang lotion combined with Fuyanxiao biological dressing suppository on immune function of pregnant women with vulvovaginal Candida.Methods 94 pregnant women with vulvovaginal candidiasis admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were included in the study.The patients were divided into the control group and the study group according to the sequence of admission time and the condition of 47 single groups.The control group was treated with Fuyanxiao biological dressing suppository,and the study group was treated with fuyinkang lotion and Fuyanxiao biological dressing suppository by comparison The microecology and local immune function of vagina before and after treatment.Results Before the treatment,the vaginal microecology of the two groups was basically the same(P>0.05).The data of pH<4.5 and flora diversityⅡ-Ⅲin the treatment group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The local immune function of the two groups was basically the same(P>0.05).The concentrations of IL-2,IL-10 and IL-12 in the treatment group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of fuyinkang lotion and Fuyanxiao biological dressing suppository can effectively improve the vaginal microecology,strengthen the local immune function,and promote the prognosis of the patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
