慢阻肺急性加重期患者治疗期间采用糖皮质激素联合特布他林治疗的临床成效

Clinical Effect of Glucocorticoid combined with Terbutaline in the Treatment of Patients with Acute Exacerbation of COPD

目的浅析糖皮质激素与特布他林联合治疗慢阻肺急性加重期患者的临床疗效。方法此次研究对象为2019年1月至2019年12月本院收治的80例慢阻肺急性加重期患者,按照患者就诊顺序行分组,各40例,观察组与对照组采取糖皮质激素联合特布他林治疗与特布他林单项治疗,对比两组临床效果。结果未治疗时,组间用力肺活量、第一秒用力呼吸、呼气流量峰值对比,无明显差异(P>0.05);经治疗,观察组比对照组用力肺活量、第一秒用力呼吸、呼气流量峰值均更高,差异显著(P<0.05);组间治疗有效率对比,观察组95.00%比对照组更高,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论糖皮质激素与特布他林联合治疗慢阻肺急性加重期患者,可改善患者肺功能,提升患者治疗有效率,缓解患者病情,保证安全治疗,值得临床实践。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of glucocorticoid and terbutaline in the treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD.Methods The subjects of this study are 80 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019.According to the order of patients’treatment,40 patients in each group were divided.The observation group and the control group were treated with glucocorticoid combined with terbutaline and terbutaline alone to compare the clinical effects of the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in forced vital capacity,forced respiration in the first second and peak expiratory flow between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the peak values of forced vital capacity,forced respiration in the first second and peak expiratory flow in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment between the two groups was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of glucocorticoid and terbutaline in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD can improve the pulmonary function,improve the treatment efficiency,alleviate the patients’condition and ensure the safety of treatment,which is worthy of clinical practice.
